At GBS Huddle #3, hosted at Illy Café, Nu Sentral, a group of passionate GBS professionals came together not just to network, but to connect, to share experiences, and to support one another in navigating the real challenges and opportunities in our world of GBS.

We talked about things that matter but often go unsaid:

What stood out most wasn’t the topics, but the openness.
People shared personal stories, offered perspectives without judgment, and genuinely listened. There was a real sense of connection and mutual support, reminding us that growth in GBS is not just about better processes, but about stronger people.

Grateful to everyone who joined, especially those who travelled from Penang to be part of the conversation. Every huddle reinforces that GBS is not only about operational excellence, but also about community, empathy, and shared growth.
