Our catalog of learning services offers specialized training programs designed for Global Business Services (GBS) teams, addressing the evolving demands of today’s fast-paced and complex business environment. About Jason
I help GBS people become better
Jason Crimson is a seasoned Global Business Services (GBS) professional with over 25 years of leadership experience across PwC, IBM, Kimberly-Clark, BHP, where he led teams of up to 1,500 FTEs across 40+ countries in six continents. He has deep expertise in finance, transformation, and operating model design, and is recognized for building high-performing, customer-centric GBS organizations that deliver measurable business impact. Today, as founder of GBS Hub, he combines his corporate experience with a mission to inspire GBS people and to elevate GBS talent across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Jason has hands-on experience in leading transformation and operational teams of up to 1500 employees globally, based in over 40 countries, across 6 continents and spanning GBS service domains such as Record To Report, Order To Cash, Purchase To Pay, Market To Order, Master Data, FP&A and Payroll.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Jason is a certified Change Management practitioner, Agile Project Management practitioner, and holds a Change Manager & Agile Project Manager (APMG) certification. He is also a certified coach and a HRD Corporation certified and accredited trainer.
Early in his career, he lectured on marketing, accounting and management subjects for diploma level studies for private colleges. Jason moved on to build his career of choice in the GBS/shared services industry where in addition to his regular GBS role, he conducted numerous leadership training and onboarding programs as well as led the deployment of a new global corporate culture into the GBS organization with over 2,000 employees globally. He was part of a senior management team for a GBS organization that was recognized as Top 20 Most Admired GBSs by SSON for 5 consecutive years.
Jason has hosted multiple GBS knowledge forums, including ‘The GBS Forum – Leader Roundtable’ on LinkedIn and regular in-person GBS Huddles.. He speaks at regional GBS industry conferences in Malaysia, Singapore and China and engages with the GBS network extensively both locally and globally. He has also been appointed as a member of the AGOS Asia Advisory Board in 2025.
Leveraging on his extensive GBS leadership experiences, Jason strives to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential through impactful learning solutions. Jason thrives on collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to design results-driven programs that inspire tangible improvements in organization effectiveness and business outcomes. He excels in creating meaningful learning experiences for multi-generational participants through delivering programs with a practical and approachable style, in order to make learning both enjoyable and impactful.
Jason is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
