
It was a privilege to facilitate this transformative leadership program for the APAC GBS leadership team of a leading global CPG company, a group of high-energy, thoughtful, and purpose-driven leaders truly committed to growing themselves and their people.
Across the day, we dove deep into some of the toughest (yet most essential) aspects of leadership:

What stood out most was the depth of sharing, honesty, and vulnerability across participants, with conversations that were raw, real, and deeply reflective of the leadership challenges shaping today’s GBS world.
It is always inspiring to see leadership teams invest in such critical capabilities, not just to manage, but to lead through empathy, accountability, and connection. My takeaway at the end of the program was that this cohort of leaders truly cared for their teams, their people… and cared enough to commit to change to become better leaders.
