What happens when 8 GBS leaders come together in an intimate setting, away from slides and formalities?

At our second GBS Huddle held at The Farm, The Sphere, Bangsar South, the discussions were practical, honest and candid.

We explored:
🔹 How GBS organizations are planning service expansion and our experiences engaging with BPO partners
🔹 The realities of HRIS implementation challenges
🔹 Building a centralized knowledge management team
🔹 The rebadging journey to BPO – experiences, challenges, and lessons learned
🔹 The Gen Z factor – their expectations, digital-first mindset, and how to lead them effectively
🔹 The critical role of middle management and the challenges in enabling them for success

👉 What was planned as a 90-minute session stretched into almost 3 hours; a testament to the depth of conversation, the candor of sharing, and the sheer passion of this community.

Beyond the topics, new connections were made, ex-colleagues were reconnected and the conversations were non-stop!
