One compelling takeaway: personal posts from senior leaders consistently outperform company pages in engagement. This reflects a growing preference for authentic, human connection over institutional messaging.

🤖 AI Skills & Workforce Transformation
Derek shared data showing a sharp rise in job postings requiring skills with AI tools since late 2022. He emphasized that AI is no longer a niche skill set—it’s fast becoming a core competency across industries.
