🌟 What an inspiring day at AGOS GBS Summit 2025 – “Digital Workforce, Global Impact: GBS in the Digital & AI Era” – held at Connexion @ Nexus! 🚀

While the sessions on AI and digital transformation set the tone, the true highlight for me was reconnecting with friends and peers from across Malaysia’s GBS industry. The energy in the room, from catching up with familiar faces to making new connections, reminded me how powerful this community is when we come together.

Technology is changing everything, but it is the people, the networks, and the shared learnings that make the biggest impact.
