It was a privilege to share my learning and development journey with a cohort from GSK during their Development Week, a session supported by ACCA. We explored what it truly means to stay relevant in a world where expectations, skills and ways of working are changing faster than ever.

I reflected on the lessons that shaped my own growth. Staying relevant is a choice. It comes from continuous learning, digital curiosity, building new exposure, and taking ownership of our development instead of waiting for someone else to decide our path.

The participants brought openness, honest reflection and a desire to grow. Their questions and insights reminded me that relevance is not just about skills. It is about mindset, courage and the willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones.
