
What a privilege it was to deliver the Customer Centric Mindset program for the Page Group SSC across two amazing cohorts this week.
From start to finish, both groups brought an incredible mix of energy, openness and eagerness to learn. The insights shared were sharp, the questions were thoughtful and the honesty in the discussions made the sessions truly meaningful. It was clear that every participant cares deeply about supporting the business and creating better experiences for internal customers and stakeholders.
We worked through real SSC scenarios and tackled the tough questions that define a true customer centric mindset. The teams challenged assumptions, reflected on what could be improved and explored practical ways to deliver simpler, more human and more outcome-focused service. What stood out most was the shared belief that SSC is not just about managing processes. It is about, in many ways, changing lives through the way we support the business operations and make things happen!
